Sticky Date Baked Oats

  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Milk of choice
  • 4 Medjool Dates, pitted (2 of the Dates, chopped and set aside)
  • 2 tbsp Honey or Sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/3 cup Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • Some Coconut/Vegetable Oil for the silicone mold

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Heat your oven to 180 Celsius
  2. Blend in a blender until smooth; the milk, 2 pitted dates and honey
  3. In a separate bowl mix the rolled oats together with baking powder, cinnamon, egg whites, and the leftover chopped dates. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet, and mix until everything is well combined
  4. Oil the silicone mold with the coconut/vegetable oil
  5. Fill the mold with the batter
  6. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes (depending on your oven)
  7. Once done, let it cool first on the counter top before un-molding
  8. Serve on a plate with fresh berries and more drizzle of honey on top
